Residents’ meeting offers question and answer session with both Trinity and Avant

Nearly 100 High Royds residents attended a meeting with representatives from Trinity Estates and Avant Homes on Tuesday, January 25.

The meeting, which took place at St Mary’s School, was called by Trinity, and representing the two companies were Fleur Legge, Trinity’s regional manager; Trevor Barraclough, Trinity’s property manager; Joanne Palmer, Trinity’s senior property manager; and Dean Cutts, Avant’s regional technical director.

The two companies were given a wide-ranging list of questions about the estate, submitted earlier by residents. Answers were given, but some of the queries involve further clarifications. Trinity has committed to following these up and then will present a complete set of answers – from both Trinity and Avant – to residents and HRRA.
